We invest in emerging social leaders and build up the civic sector through business support, social investment and advocacy. Our mission targets building the sustainability of 50 non-profits that change lives by 2025.

Investing in social change
We find and support local leaders with the best solutions to positively impact Barbados & the Caribbean. Through our 18-month Incubator Programme, we provide organisations with the tools and resources they need to build stronger organizations, improve their leadership and be better able to attract resources, like impact funding.

The volunteer experience is rewarding beyond words, you can do something meaningful, meet people, learn something about yourself and even be made to stretch and go outside your comfort zone. I believe we all need to do our small part and not just say that it is worthy, will leave an impact and all the nice words - we need to actually contribute.
