Operation Triple Threat is the first intensive, performing arts programme in Barbados for children & youth between the ages of 4 and 21. The idea for the programme was inspired by the need for training of youths to become, what the entertainment industry calls, a ‘triple threat’- someone who is skilled in each of the three disciplines of singing, dancing and acting. OTT provides a safe space to foster the creative expression of future arts practitioners giving them a competitive edge which enables them to compete at internationally recognized standards. Janelle, a noted vocalist and music educator, aims to offer an affordable developmental programme for aspiring performing artists while also offering the Barbadian public the option of experiencing musical theatre entertainment on a regular basis.
